Some rice and rotisserie chicken for lunch. I was longing for a sauce, but I couldn’t think of a quick sauce that was on the okay list. It was a quick meal and that was something I was looking for in lunch. I sprinkled it with some salt and pepper and ate a clementine but all I wanted was some bread.
It is funny that I can have rice, but long for riced cauliflower and bread. I am working on being happy with what I have. Maybe that will be easier in another day or two, but adjusting things like serving sizes might take a while longer.
