What I have learned from today is that I have to make my own salsa. Eggs with no sauce is old.
High protein breakfast scramble to share with a friend (in my case a 2 yr old)
- 2 eggs
- 1 oz leftover steak cut in small pieces
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 oz cheddar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Scramble the eggs with the spinach and steak. Serve over the cheese.
