High protein

  
I knew that it was going to be a long morning with no time for snacks, so we went for high protein. (We because every time I make eggs my 2 year old BEGS for some. ) 

What I have learned from today is that I have to make my own salsa. Eggs with no sauce is old. 

High protein breakfast scramble to share with a friend (in my case a 2 yr old) 

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 oz leftover steak cut in small pieces
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 oz cheddar 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Scramble the eggs with the spinach and steak. Serve over the cheese.
